Built by someone who ran these programmes - and kept running into the same problems
We're solving professional training's biggest challenges
Our Mission
Our focus is professional certification training where hands-on practice is critical, mixed skill levels are the norm, and expertise is hard to scale.
Most platforms track what's easy to measure - completion rates, grades, submission counts. None of that tells you what's actually happening during a lab session, or which students are falling behind before the assessment reveals it.
We're building the platform that closes that gap.
Our Approach
Built by Trainers, For Trainers
Our founder spent years developing and directing cybersecurity training programmes across high-stakes technical environments - from elite military units to private training providers running programmes for defence and civilian audiences. This isn't theoretical understanding. It's lived experience.
Partnership-First Development
We're building WITH training companies, not in isolation. Our design partners help us understand real problems and validate that our solutions actually work.
Focus on What Matters
We're not building features to check boxes. We're solving the problems that actually impact training businesses: efficiency, personalization, and meaningful insights.
Our Values
Transparency Over Marketing
We share openly what we're building, what's working, and what isn't. No vaporware promises.
Expertise Over Assumptions
Decisions driven by training expertise and real-world validation, not trends or assumptions.
Partnership Over Transactions
Early customers are partners who shape what we build. Their success is our success.
Substance Over Hype
We focus on solving problems we've lived, not trends we've read about.
Our Founder
Keshet Shiri, Founder & CEO
Keshet Shiri brings over seven years of cybersecurity training experience to Adaptly:
Background:
- Program Manager, Cybersecurity Training
- Acting Head of Department
- Managed multiple simultaneous training programs
- Directed programmes across military and private training environments in Israel, Singapore, and internationally
Why This Matters:
Most EdTech founders come from tech or business. Keshet comes from training. The platform is built by someone who's lived the problems we're solving.
On a personal note:
I truly understand your frustration.
- Running a cohort where everything looked fine - submissions on track, LMS showing green - and then discovering in a 1-on-1 that students couldn't do what they'd apparently already done
- Manually adjusting content for learners at different experience levels
- Watching students waste hours going down wrong paths in labs because you couldn't catch them in time
- Using LMS platforms designed by people who've never trained a single analyst
I'm not building another generic EdTech tool — I'm building the platform I needed but never had: one that personalizes learning paths AND provides the real-time support that actually makes a difference.
My commitment: Transparency about what's working and what isn't.

Where We Are Now:
We're at early stage and looking for the right training providers to build this with. Design partners work directly with us during development - shaping what gets built, testing it with real cohorts, and getting preferred pricing before public launch.
Why this approach:
Because building with trainers ensures we solve actual problems, not assumed ones. Our founding partner shapes what we build.
