What is a Design Partnership?
This isn't beta testing. It's a genuine collaboration where you help shape what we build.
What This Means:
- You run a live cohort through one module using the platform — 1 to 2 weeks, with real students doing real exercises.
- We handle setup, integration, and support throughout.
- You tell us what works, what doesn't, and what's missing.
- From there, we talk about what an ongoing relationship looks like.
This is not a beta test where you report bugs into a form. It's a direct collaboration.
The Problem
Instructor time going to the wrong places
Marking exercises, repeating the same lab support, writing the same feedback on the same mistakes. The work that matters most, being present for the student who needs you, keeps getting displaced.
No visibility into what's happening during a lab session
By the time a student flags they're stuck, the productive intervention window has often already closed. The LMS shows green. Something else is happening in the terminal.
Growth capped by instructor headcount
One instructor can only actively monitor so many students in a live lab before something gets missed. Scaling cohort sizes — or running more cohorts — means hiring more instructors, not building a better system.
Too much lab time is lost to waiting, not learning
When a student gets stuck and can't flag it immediately — or flags it and waits — that session time is gone. Multiply that across a cohort and a curriculum, and a meaningful portion of your training hours is spent at a standstill.

What We're Looking For
Ideal Partner:
- Runs hands-on, lab-based cybersecurity training (instructor-led cohorts or certification programmes)
- Students do real terminal work during exercises — not just watching demos or answering MCQs
- Has at least one module coming up in the next 60–90 days that could run as a pilot
- Willing to give honest feedback during and after the pilot — good and bad
- Comfortable with early-stage software: not everything will be perfect, and that's the point
Not Right If:
- ✗ You run pure theory, lecture-based, or video-only training with no hands-on lab component
- ✗ You need a fully polished enterprise product before you'll consider it
- ✗ You can't commit to running one real cohort through it and giving feedback afterward
About the Founder
Keshet Shiri spent years directing cybersecurity training programmes and running into the same problems: no real visibility into what was happening in lab sessions, mixed-skill cohorts that no single pace could serve, and skilled instructors spending most of their time on work that didn't require their skill.
On a personal note: I'm not building generic EdTech. I'm solving problems I experienced personally.

We agree on a module
We pick one upcoming module from your schedule — one with a live cohort, real exercises, and terminal work. We scope what's needed and agree on the pilot fee before anything starts.
Run the pilot
The cohort runs the module with Adaptly active. We support throughout. At the end, we debrief together and decide what comes next.

Q: What if it doesn't work for us?
A: You can exit during the partnership phase. We're looking for the right fit, not just any customer.
Q: What does the pilot actually look like?
A: We pick one module from your existing schedule — 1 to 2 weeks, one live cohort, real exercises. We handle setup and integration. You run it as normal. We both watch what happens and debrief at the end.
Q: What does it cost?
A: There's a flat pilot fee — we discuss the amount based on your module setup. It's designed to be accessible, not a big commercial commitment. If the pilot works, we agree on ongoing pricing together.
Q: Do we own our content?
A: Completely. You can export anytime.
Q: What tools and environments do you support?
A: We have native support for common terminal-based lab tools. If your module uses something outside that, there's a one-time setup involved — we'll flag it upfront before you commit to anything.
